Open Day at Anhalt University Branch in Kazakhstan

On September 1, Anhalt University Branch in Kazakhstan held a welcome meeting for second-year students.

The event marked the beginning of the new academic year and gave students an opportunity to meet with faculty members, discuss the upcoming academic process and learn more about new opportunities available during their studies.

Academic and Professional Opportunities

Faculty members presented the main areas of study for the upcoming academic year and spoke about courses, practical training and the next stages of the students’ academic journey. Students also learned more about opportunities for internships and study programs in Germany.

Student Life

Another important part of the meeting focused on student life. Students were introduced to the clubs and initiatives currently available at the branch and had the opportunity to share their own ideas and suggestions for developing extracurricular activities.

A Warm Start to the New Academic Year

Following the official part of the event, students and faculty continued their conversations in an informal atmosphere over a reception. The gathering provided a great opportunity to connect, exchange impressions and start the new academic year together.

On September 14, the Anhalt University Branch in Kazakhstan will welcome first-year students. A separate welcome meeting will be held for freshmen, marking the beginning of their university journey and providing their first opportunity to meet faculty members, fellow students and become familiar with life at the branch.
