Tech for Kazakhstan is a competition for 2026 high school graduates who are ready to think big, develop innovative solutions and help shape the future of their country.

What do you need to do?

Develop an idea for a technology-based project that could help address one of Kazakhstan’s current challenges.

Choose one of the following categories:

— AI Systems
— Ecology
— Smart City
— Social Tech

You do not need to develop a finished product. What matters most is proposing a strong, well-developed idea, explaining the problem it addresses and demonstrating how it could be implemented.

How can you take part?

Prepare a presentation in English.

Project requirements:

● 5 slides;
● a presentation of up to 10 minutes;
● a clear description of the problem;
● your proposed technological solution;
● the benefits of the project for Kazakhstan;
● the feasibility of implementing the project.

How will the projects be evaluated?

A panel of experts will assess the projects according to four criteria:

✔️ Originality and innovation of the idea
✔️ Relevance to Kazakhstan
✔️ Feasibility of the project
✔️ Quality of the presentation and project pitch

✔️ 7 August 2026 — deadline for participant registration and presentation submission.
✔️ 10 August 2026 — final project presentations.
